The Dervishe Sufis under the Sheikh Asaf in Sulaymaniah, Kurdistan Region. After the evening prayer, called "Dhikr" the Sheikh assigns inbetween his followers who is doing the spiritual ritual, called "Karamat" کرامات, which consists of piercing and cutting their bodies the show their faith and devotion.
